We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
User Types
The Platform supports three user types, each with his own portal and user dashboard. Type1:Landlord/broker/operator, Type 2: Tenant-Presenter, Type 3: Applicant. In case of a type 1 managed by a Broker, for all proposes they will be considered an owner and included in the terms below. Sponsored brokers may offer complementary services and in such case will be added to :Landlord/operators account per approval.
Presenter
The Presenter will receive an invite to join the platform and submit their showing times, this may be for their own apartment and/or vacancies in the building as per the invite. By signing up the presenter understands that they will be assigned a user and might receive updates via email/ text/phone regarding ongoing activity. Presenter commits to behave according to code of conduct and agreement terms as detailed below.
Owner
Owners can sign up via the platform or through an admin. A short onboarding process will take place prior by the platform admin staff. Owners/Operates may receive updates based on their preferred plan. Owner profile can be managed by Owner/ Operator or by a Broker. Owner / operator can choose to self manage and designate specific tasks to sponsored brokers including backup showings, managing the process, negotiating with applicants etc. Owners agrees to payment and agreement terms as detailed below.
Applicant
Applicants will be assigned a user dashboard once they book a showing and/or by being added to an application. Applicants may be contacted regarding their application status and/or search activity. Applicants understand that the sole decision regarding their application is up to the owner/operator of the property according to the local roles and laws and the Platform is not a side in the decision process. Applicants agree to the terms of the approval processes detailed below.
Code of conduct
Presenters and applicants agree to act in a respectful manner to each other during showings, all parties using the platform agree to communicate respectfully and honestly while using the platform communication methods. All parties will act in a non discriminate manner, specifically but not limited to approval of applicants, choosing presenters and apartment showings. Although the platform can not be held responsible for an individual users behavior, we encourage all users to report such behavior to us immediately by contacting us at contact@leashow.com
Use and Payments
Usage of the core platforms features is free. Owners agree to the payment structure as received during their onboarding process. Additional payment may be due depending on the users specific plan and services used. The payment to presenters may vary based on owners offer in initial invite. Presenters are responsible to confirm the amount to be paid once the apartment is leased. Both users understand that payment processing times may differ depending on circumstances. Presenters understand they will receive the amount as per the invite for opening the door once and only the apartment is leased.
Relationships and information
Presenters are not employed by the platform and or the owner, they will receive payment once and only the apartment is leased for a full term as determined by the owner. As noted, payment processing times may differ. In addition, The platform is not responsible for the information, text, pictures, drawings, videos or otherwise provided by any party through the platform, each party is responsible to check the validity of the information provided.
Approval process
Applicants understand that by applying for an apartment does not automatically guarantee their approval. The sole decision regarding their application is up to the owner/operator of the property according to the local roles and law. If a background check is required the payment will be made by the applicant and does not guarantee their approval. By submitting an applications and or background check, applicants understand that the information they provide will be shared with all parties relevant such as owner/operator/ broker. Other applicants on the same applications ( such as roommate and spouse) will be notified about the process and result but not the specific information.
Changes to this privacy policy
Leashow LLC has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
